HERE IS A SHORT BACKGROUND ABOUT US!!
We have been very active Real Estate Agents in the Tidewater area since 1995. Primarily serving the First Time Homebuyer, we do not limit ourselves geographically, helping First Time Homebuyers obtain wonderful homes from South of Suffolk to North of Newport News. We average over four million dollars in sales of real estate property yearly. Your needs and desires are our only concern and until those are satisfied our job is not done. We provide a Full Service Process, step by step, for the First Time Homebuyer, holding your hand, directing you to good and comfortable decisions.
We have made Tidewater our home since 1987, coming to the area to fulfill Michael's commitments to the U.S. Navy. We found the Best of All Worlds here, and though no longer in the Navy, have comfortably made Norfolk our home for the Long Term. This background, along with Jane's extensive involvement in Navy Wife Support Groups, gives us experience and grasp of the challanges that military families have while helping them purchase and sell their wonderful homes. So very many properties that we List come from previous Clients we have helped into Equity First Time Ownership. We make Transitions easy.
THE BEST PROPERTY AT THE BEST PRICE IS OUR GOAL!!
We have been Leaders throughout the past decade in the resale of Government Owned Property, helping the First Time Owner Occupant find the Good properties. With each new Government Owned listing we carefully preview these properties and match them to our Clients, finding great values to begin Homeownership. We presently list Corporate Owned property presenting great value to Homebuyers. check our links to the government-owned websites
We have been very active with Non Profit Organizations and the VHDA (Virginia Housing and Development Authority). Jane is a Certified Trainer for the VHDA , teaching the Realtors Section of the First Time Homebuyers Course on the military bases, for Catholic Charities of Tidewater and Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
