Tom Poyner grew up and attended school in Norfolk, Va. After attending college, Tom got his Real Estate License and has been in the property management industry since 1995. He started his career by redeveloping blighted multifamily developments, taking the buildings from vacant uninhabited dwellings to remodeled profitable rented units. He has experience in every aspect of Property Management from multi-family housing developments to managing single family houses, condos, and duplexes.
Tom's knack for fixing up blighted houses and apartments led him to dedicating part of his time to home building. In 2003 Tom obtained his Class "A" Contractors License and has built houses and has an extensive knowledge of construction and a long list of contractors to do repairs. This is especially valuable when troubleshooting a maintenance problem. Tom's extensive knowledge of Professional Property Management and the buildings that he manages provides the owners with the comfort of knowing their greatest investment is in good hands!!
